Just bought a citizen eco drive minute repeater (model BL9000, movement G900, Case S039690) and one of the pushers is broken. It was meant to be in full working order.

I can’t find a parts list anywhere. I’d quite like to fit a new pusher and capacitor/battery to get the watch working again. Alternative is to get a refund as it’s not as described.

Anybody have any info on Citizen pushers?

new  capacitor

No master eco drive here, but I would first make sure the solar panel outputs acceptable power, its life expectancy is aprox 15 years.

If the solar dial doesn't charge , your watch might run for days on the new capacitor

So I sent the watch with the broken pusher back for a refund. I’ve since bought another one that looked in better condition, but was described as ‘untested’. It didn’t work, but at least all the pushers are present and correct.

I fitted a new capacitor, and where there are some signs of life, it’s either not getting enough juice to charge properly, or the electronics have gone.

Is it worth getting a fresh movement? Cousins have them in stock. Or am I just throwing more good money after bad?
