@LittleWatchShop What I'm learning from reading all this is I need to get onto FB for marketplace. I haven't had a FB account in some 15 years. Watchmaker tools never come up on craigslist.

Could be location dependent, dunno.  But I have scored big time on FB.  In every case, the owner was disinterested in the item(s) and just needed some cash or wanted it out of their way.  You must be diligent though.  I am looking daily...several times per day.  Ebay commands premium prices though I picked up a BB Crystal press for $10 the other day.  Nobody bid.  Not sure how that happened.

I like your shop. Im trying to decide what im going to do in the future, if im going to rent commercial space, build at shed like this in town, or buy an acreage with a shop already built. Im out of room at my home. If i do build at my current place, I plan on walling off a room for polishing and grinding. Currently I have to go in the garage to use the polisher and the larger lathe and bench grinder, and its cold here and my garage isnt heated. Makes it a pain!

You make a good point about walling off an area. My plan for managing particulates is still developing. I do have a large grinder in the barn, so that is where I remove lots of metal. My mini belt sander is with the watch benches...something TBD.
