restoring vintage watch dial

Hi, I purchased a watch off ebay for £30.00. It runs and the case and crystl are fine. The dial was discoloured but given the price paid I decided to clean it myself. Of course I messed up but for the money I am not too bothered. I rather like the watch and in half decent condition they are around $350.oo. I think restoration is the only answer but I have read that there are many cowboys around. For this reason would anyone please reco a guy/company who would restore. I am not looking to pay more than £150,00/ $200. TIA

I think you are across the pond and found this company below, I think they are in Germany, also saw Bill and Sons LTD in the United Kingdom,  in the USA tthere were several, I like Kirk-Rich Dial in California, there is International Dial, Kirk Dial of Seattle, Kirk Dial of Georgia and Eagle Dial, Dial Craft in Canada....some have more plates for some makers than others
