Hi everyone,

I'm Stephan, 60 years old and living near Munich in southern Germany.

I got interested in watchmaking a few weeks ago after watching videos from the Wristwatch Revival channel on YouTube. In the meantime I acquired the relevant tools and started with attempts to service some older watch movements.

My first try was with an Otero 772 movement. Well, I ruined it and turned it into a spare parts collection... 🙂

Now I'm working on an ETA 2472 movement. So far the reassembly worked smoothly, until I became stuck with the Cannon Pinion. I hope that I can get some help here, I will post a corresponding question in the relevant forum.

And of course I hope that at some point in the future I will be good enough to help others with their questions...

Best regards
Stephan
