If this is your watch then it should be a straight forward battery replacement.

Just remove those four screws on the back and the battery will be right there. Check the battery number and replace with the same or equivalent.

Hi

yer ty for reply, that’s my watch, took back cover off, there is a clasp/cover covering g battery can’t seem to work out how to move it or pop it open.

Just pull back and up the clasp will be free  take out battery and replace with new do not touch new battery with your fingers, press clasp down and re-hook under that plastic so it clips in place.

I don't work on quartz, why don't you touch the battery with your fingers?

Same reason as any watch part Rich, sweat salt on your fingers. Finger cots 👍

And potential short circuit, salts conduct electricity

Ty for all replies, managed to get the 377 out, off to get batteries today, might need help and advice for”short” to get movement going, ty for being so helpful
