I am about to buy a pretty clock but I want to know the date of the manufacture and is it worth it to buy it or no help me please

It looks legitimate, that style of movement is very common in Swiss watches from the late 1800s - around 1880, at a guess.

The value depends on the condition of the movement, who made it - unmarked & unidentifiable ones are very common - and very much on the case of the watch; how fancy, what metals and how near perfect it is.

Personally, (and my opinion only) - I would not pay more than around $200 for one as shown; you can get very similar ones for half that, though possibly not with such a fancy case, though that has a lot of visible damage to the enamel or inlay.

 Show the dial, if imperfect I wouldn't touch it with a ten foo pole,  plus I don't think it,ll run happy as the coil ( hairspring ) is not centred.
