hour's hand forward on radio-controlled Citizen

Any experts in Radiocontrolled Citizen?

I have a Citizen AS2031-57E Pilot Super Titanium - H461-T005527 
After replacing the rechargeable battery and the solar panel that had required the extraction of the hands, the latter were obviously not properly reassembled. 

Evidently the hour hand had to be inserted into its pin at a precise time, or 12 or 1 or 2, instead it would seem that it is about 2 minutes moved forward. 
Because of this at every hour the hour hand is always further ahead of where it should be, about 6/7 degrees I wonder if there is a possibility to reset this thing. 

Following the instructions of a manual that I have to adjust and reset every aspect of my radio-controlled, it is possible to manually adjust the position of the hour hand, but the movement is always hour by hour and not minute by minute, so there is always this gap of 1-2 minutes forward. 

And even doing a reset and the adjustment of the initial position to bring both hands to 12 o'clock, the one of the hours is not possible for me to put it precisely at 12, but it is always a hair ahead. 

What solutions are there?, disassemble everything, remove the hands and empirically try to move that of the hours a little back?

If the hour hand wasn't fitted correctly then there's no option but to strip and refit correctly.

Looking at the video the hour hand should be past the hour as the minute hand isn't on the hour.
