Cartier Women’s Tank Franchaise Link Screw

Hi, my 1st post here and of course asking for some help.

Does anyone know where I can find the circled screw? It is for my wife's Tank Franchaise. She lost it, brought it to Tourneau and was quoted $900.00, which I believe included a service and cleaning! Told her that it doesn't need a service, I would clean it for her and I will find the screw. Well, despite my so called expertise in finding things (I have a few vintage cars), I can not find this screw, let alone the entire pin. Would hate to spend the money on purchasing the entire link just for the screw that fell out.

Cousins sell these, so I assume a more local materials house will have similar.

Depending on the size you may even get away with a case back screw.
