When balance installed, it turn a little and stops as if the spring is sticking to something. I really cant see whats wrong with it. Is the spring too close to the balance wings maybe? The stem looks healthy and straight. Anyone can help?

The jewel looks fine to me. I realized balance runs better without the pallet fork installed. I cant see any issue with pallet fork though.

Funny enough its running now after dismantling the automatic rotor and reassemble it. Something might be stuck but thanks for viewing and helping

I was looking at this photo where something doesn't look quite right with the pivot and
I was referring to the bottom jewel in the plate which you've not shown a photo of.

I thought you were just testing the balance on it's own for an oscillation test.

What else is installed apart from the fork?
