Hello there good morning.

My doubt is that if pushing in the right direction of the arrow? Because it seems they don't move at all, don't think they are screwed and i'm afraid to push to much and brake the bracelet.

There's often a bit of stiction before they start to move, but then should push out quite easily.  I have some of these cheap punches. I start the pins moving by tapping them with a light hammer

Indeed. Thank everyone for the tips, i try the hammer and my tool but nothing happen, i hit a lot.

It's recommended heat it up to take this off? or is a dumb idea?

I wouldn't put heat anywhere near it.

If it is a Tube & Pin arrangement then I think looking at your photo the punch
size is possibly too big and you're just hitting the tube and not the pin inside.
