Hi all,

I am working on my first chronograph, a Chopard Grand Prix Monaco Historique. Movement is a Valjoux 7750. But this is a casing question.

The chrono pushers. When disassembling, I only saw the pusher itself, the long screw and the spring. But after ultrasonic cleaning, I'm finding four rubber mini gaskets and two washers (in total). I'm not 100% sure where they belong. I'm already quite relieved that I didn't just lose them by pouring out the cleaning fluid.

Anyway, here are the photos I have from disassembly:

Well, as I said I only observed these three component per pusher.

But now, I have the following (per pusher):

From my pictures, I'm seeing a difference of "depth" when looking into the pusher screw hole. But I definitely didn't see a rubber gasket when disassembling. Hence, I'm currently thinking that both gaskets go into the hole, followed by the washer. Then the spring. The gaskets and washer fit around the thinner part of the screw.

Does this make sense? Or is one of the gaskets somewhere else completely?

Any experience with pusher "anatomy"?

It's quite common on Seiko watches to have a double O Ring on the pushers so expect this is the same.

The order you've quoted is correct as the washer gives a solid surface for the spring to push against.

If you look here you can see the washer.
