Hanhart Red Pioneer condition issues

Hi Everyone,

Happy to find the community.

I have a Hanhart that was lost outside for two years before my dog walked into the house with it in her mouth.  I had serviced and all runs well.  But the red enamel on the 12 o'clock position of the rotating bezel and the 4 o'clock push has wore off due to the outside conditions.  Can someone provide guidance on how I might be able to restore myself?
