Balance for Pierce 100

Does anybody know if Pierce has to do with A.S. Schild movements? 

Because I saw on Google that Pierce 103 could be equal to A.S. 1160? 

Or is Pierce totally independent?

It depends what version of the balance you're talking about?

Yes and if you look at the clips you'll see the AS Balance is only suitable for Non Incabloc version.
