I changed som parts between two of the same movements so not sure. But i have measured the coil and electric with multimeter and it seems ok. so why aint the rotor going since it is in correct seat?

If you can't confirm it was working before you started swapping
parts then you don't know if it's something you've done or not.

As you know the gear train runs free with the crown the it could be the Circuit, Coil or Rotor.

What can be wrong with rotor? I have two circuits and same with both so guessing rotor

The normal problem with rotors is they're clogged with metal filings.

You need to find out if the cmos is pulsing a regular current  to the coil. This can be anything from 1-20 seconds, quartz without second hands have a longer pulse time. One caught me out some years ago that I thought had a bad chip, it was on the long side of pulse rate. 

The circuit board and cmos can be tested in isolation,  just needs a power supply and something to monitor the pulses.

Hi again. I ordered a new movement from cousin uk but it stops exactly after 1 hour after setting time with my original hands and crown. If setting time again it runs 1 hour then stops.

 

What can be issue?

First thought would be the hands are clashing.

Can you post a photo from the side with it out of the case.
