What is this Junghans Tool?

Bought this tool in a lot. Can anyone tell me what it's for?

I'd guess it's for adjusting something by twisting or bending - something like the hammers in striking or chiming clocks??

Never needed anything like that when it came to repairing Jungings chiming/striking clocks. I think it has something to do with their watches.

I think it's a throwing star for killing people who mod, redial or use a non genuine part.

The same tool is listed on Ebay from Belgium and only describes it as a watch tool......I too would like to know its use...
