Welcome to the forum.

If balance pivots are good but it doesn't freely oscillate then have you checked the jewels.

Just looking at the 3rd photo, can you confirm if the balance is parallel to the plate?

Hi. You have obviously removed the balance hence pictures. Powerdown the watch remove th3 balance and fork/ pallet re fit the balance and check its freedom of rotation, give it a blow with a the puffer, should oscillate for 25/30 seconds before stopping. If not investigate the balance jewels for dirt and cracks and the pivots for being straight. Even a slight bend can have a detrimental effect.

Looks like the balance wheel is bent and needs truing. May be rotating out of true is what You call 'dancing'? A video of balance rotating will help...
