A watch may have two or more signatures stamped on it, even  on hidden parts, I guess your watch's winding crown isn't signed?

The manufacturer proudly pronounce it , ASJUSTED IN 3 POSITIONS and 30 jewels,   Rado  or Fortis probably, or other name brands.  You can find such  30 jewels calibers  in lower quality watches , that say unadjusted.

Heres a link to good ole Dr ranfft data base,

 https://ranfft.org/caliber/4037-ETA-2452

Some 30 jewel versions had detached manual wind complication,  if reverser wheels  ( doubled wheels) don't turn when you give the watch a hand wind,  it's a detached manual wind.

Welcome to the WRT forum.

What make do you think or know it could be?

In the 50s and 60s everybody jumped on the theme of space.  This was either a microbrand that wanted a piece of the action or possibly a sub brand of a bigger company. Either way the movement is unsigned. One day some info might turn up that points towards a bigger brand, but for now it's just a "Space Liner" watch that ETA  made the movement for.

General public shop by brand name &  style, fashion, adverts, wifes choice ,...   etc ,watch folks , however , go by  the quality of the movement and health of the heart.

Your watch proudly anounces adjusted in three positions, one or two more positions would have been qualified for COSC standards.

Being this old , I would be concerned if its balance complete is the original, unmolested, not re-staffed by watch destroyers like me and not a replacement with lower grade balance completes.

Rgds
