These run better and longer on a 399 as opposed to the 395.

I was going to add make sure you don't lose the alarm spring but it's already gone.

If they're sticking then it's probably the cheese so the only way is to strip them.

You may get away with just removing the one from the crown(s) side then the able to slide the movement out which gives you clearer access to the other.

Pusher removal is the one thing I try and avoid.

I don't think this will come out the front and the only way to remove it from the back is with the pushers out of the way.

Good eyes Andy.  He doesn't wear it, just wanted to see it run.  A new pin and springbar for the bracelet. 

I doubt very much that he will want the pushers replacing but if he did are they available?
