On my wrist for the next week is my dad's omega from the late 60s. The movement was last serviced in 1988.

There's a bit of slop in the barrel bridge hole, so I'll need to re-bush that at some stage, but so far it's running very well...

Nice dress watch. Omega made some lovely movements back in the day.

nice Watch...however if the last service has been done in 1988. your Watch need a service. this can be done at each 3 or 5 years... Don't forget, it's an OMEGA my friend, not a cheap Watch. So take care of this Watch.

ah yes SeikoWatch - I've just serviced it! Had to scrape off a lot of caked gunge. Most of the oil had turned to sticky dust!
