Hi,

This is a pic of Oris i purchased a couple of weeks ago,

The one i mentioned on the new members forum.

What do you think, anyone have a soft spot for Oris? what's good? bad about them?

PS, The lines to right hand side are some reflection, not scratches!!

That is a very nice liking chronograph. It has a military look to it and the case looks like it would stop a 50 cal. I have a soft spot for all mechanical chronographs and even a few................quartz.

Oris is a good make. Second-hand prices on the Bay vary enormously, as though some sellers don't know what they've got. Coincidentally, I picked up one quite cheaply (£26) the other day and am expecting it any time now. A clean-up and a strap change should help it along. Pics from eBay:
