Cup style movement holders

Would some one be kind enough to give me the inside diameter of the various cup style movement holders so I cam make a set on my lathe?

Why not just make them custom to the movement your working on at the time

I was thinking i may have to do it that way...i found a chart online but since ive never actually seen how they sit in the cups im not sure if its giving the inside lip for the movement to sit on or the outside diameter.
