Wearing a simple Sandoz today, basic day only powered by an ETA2824. I got this cheap off the bay for less than the price of a new balance wheel and figured I'd use it for parts but its been running well and it seems a shame to break it down. It has its original crown and bracelet which tapers to a tiny 12MMS at the clasp.

I haven't done anything to it and it's been keeping time accurately for the last 3-4 years. Only issue is the movement is a bit loose in the case but I have a cunning dodge to fix this.

It's interesting in the sense that you can see a lot of Rolex in the basic design, even the tapering bracelet is kind of a Rolex thing. I believe this was cased in Hong Kong or made for the HK market where Rolex are popular...a wannabe so to speak.

Got my Huntana on today

It's been getting quite a lot of wrist time lately. At 34mm diameter and just 8mm thick it is just such a comfortable watch. The thin bezel makes it wear bigger than it is and the design and layout is so easy to read.

It has a Unitas 6325 inside which is a lovely movement. A nice easy size to work on, simple, bullet proof, consistent, and reliable.

This particular one is also the loudest ticker I have.

Well @Marc I've had something similar on for the past week. The movements are very similar I know the H65 and H66 were the Unitas 6310 but the H64 is very similar indeed.20170215_194937.thumb.jpg.e762461c27016b0cdd4392badc0be393.jpg20170215_195633.thumb.jpg.0bad32a658dba5ec6c4b6cbc4bdb5396.jpg

@Cad101 that's a very nice Helvetia indeed. I love that huge sub-dial and as you say, the movement is very obviously UT 63xx based, albeit with a slightly different jewel configuration to my 6325.

Been wearing this for the last 18 hours since I finally adjusted the donor hairspring into some kind of shape its lost about a minute in those 18 hours. I will get it back on the timergraph I may be able to tweak it a bit more.20170219_154543.thumb.jpg.1acdcea47a6641abe40a66ed991e9fdc.jpg

Received finally the Christmas present from my brother-in-law... a set of pocket watch chains :) They are chinese but surprisingly all ok.

So we have a nice weather here in Hungary and brought my Roskopf along with my kids to the playground :D

Another old, fashion watch. This hasn't missed a beat in over 10 years. Just 3 batteries in all that time too. Next change should be this year.
