Is a S-14 Seiko crystal tool

No need until now, but good to have. Love the label saying "If glass cannot be removed, apply additional force scale by scale" :biggrin:

Very nice. I was always fascinated by vintage watchmaking tools but never got my hands on any so far.

I'm sure the day will come, though...

  Yeah there are some numbers punched into some of the parts. Namely the base of the tail stock: the mounting block between bed and cross slide: the head stock: and some components of the cross slide assembly:

  As I recall, you have a sherline lathe, so that should be a pretty easy thing for you to make!

  I don't know but I think you're correct, slim chance. The bezel looks like a plain ring so maybe one could be made.
