Noticed Mark hasn't uploaded any new videos for a while to his youtube channel, anyone know why, is he ok?

Mark, if you are reading this, let us know please mate.

I will be back on it with a vengeance soon. Lots to do because of my move. I'm behind on repairs so that is my current priority to clear the backlog :)

Aha, glad you are ok Mark, looking forward to see more tutorials.

I have a couple of 7750 movements which manually wind fine, but auto wind is failing.  Ratchet wheel, and reverse wheels are working as they should, but when I manually rotate the rotor in wind direction, I am hearing a faint click as if something is slipping, and releasing the power reserve.

Any ideas?

There is a small spring which ratchets against the reversing wheel. Is this engaging the wheel correctly?

That spring is embedded into the plate. It is removable and replaceable but if it is not engaging the side of the reversing wheel then you will have the symptoms you describe.

Also check the wheel (a brass one) which sits next to and engages the large ratchet wheel. In the past I have had to replace those because the pinion got loose from the wheel.
