Storing Watch Parts In Pill Boxes

I feel a bit of a fraud having not even dismantled a movement yet but I've searched the forum and can't find a reference to pill boxes.

 

These little boxes seem ideal for storing watchparts in separate compartments.

 

Does anyone use them?

I do for parts waiting to be cleaned and extras. I confiscated a couple from my mom one day I was in dire need of parts storage! she doesn't use them anyway.

I find that pill boxes are sometimes a bit small for the larger parts, especially in pocket watches. They are nice for smaller wrist watches.

Some of the compartments are large and there is 11 of them, which is convenient.

I tried these once, and like Frenchie found them too small and I didn't like like the way the lids snapped on. My preference are these :-
