I knew platax tools were gaining in price since Bergeon stopped manufacturing them but £1K wow  , no association with seller etc etc , just in case anyone wants one , item no:391994641681

The problem with it, is it has no punches and the punches are not available anymore.

Even if it got up and made me breakfast in the morning, no way would I pay that much for that.....asking and getting are two entirely different things

Yes, I did see that after the fact but something about waiting x number of seconds before posting again kept me from posting "Oops, nevermind".

You can use a K&D staff remover, do the same job for a fraction of the price

Another Platax on the bay, FYI.  Not cheap, but I think I've seen them go for more.  I don't know the seller. Cheers.

The tips on a couple of the punches do not look in good condition. However they can be repaired if you have a lathe & the appropriate drills.
