Greetings all. I am looking forward to learning more about watches and meeting other with similar interests. I love working on electronic, mechanical and software devices. My last project was a Nixie clock that I built with parts from Russia and various parts of Europe. My 1st watch repair project was a 1985 Citizen Digi-Ana-Temp. It came from the UK in pristine condition minus a bad circuit board. An old alkaline battery leaked and corroded some of the traces and battery contacts. I replaced the motors from another similar Citizen watch and soldered the trace.

I have a nice stereoscopic scope and need to obtain all the other tools and jigs needed for proper watch repair. The Amazon tools I ordered for cheap are worthless and didn't help with the project.

Thanks for having me on this forum and looking forward to meeting everyone.
