Hi Community,

I am amateur and highly interested in mechanical wrist watches and repairing. But I am not a friend of parts flying to the moon such as screws, springs etc.

Hi Giaco, As you gain experience and hold things in place with tweezers as you  carefully remove springs etc fewer parts will take off skywards. Hold things firmly during dis -assembly with the tweezers and place carefully in a suitable container for storage. You  will gain confidence and experience with practice. Regards, Mike. UK.

Hi friends of mechanical movements,

thanks a lot for the encouraging words. And yes, indeed, when I started "repairing" my desk was something like an international airport. But however, more take offs compared with the very few landings :-(

Regards, Dirk
