Hi everybody,

very happy to be joining. My experience in watch repair is very limited. I'm on a steep leaning curve since i have decide to try to repair a pocket watch from my grandad. I hope to be able to gain some knowledge from this forum

Welcome Mathieson!

vinn3 is correct, get a old cheap P/W or two that you can learn on (and most likely break) rather than messing up your Grandfathers. Can we see a photograph ?.

Thanks everyone,

and thanks for the advice. Nice to see that you are all quite active. Even some people in Munich! Good to know.

Have a nice day
