Looking at your vid I would say there is too much end shake on the balance. Check the balance staff is not broken.

I agree with clockboy. It appears to be a damaged balance staff pivot or the jewel it sits in is damaged. There is a lot of movement in the balance wheel when you touched it.

You are right, the upper and lower gems are broken, I have already fixed it yesterday.

I can understand what you mean: the balance wheel is swaying from side to side, indicating that the gap between the jewel and the balance wheel is relatively large.
