Dia duit,

I'm an Irish-American enthusiast of all things Celtic (hence the Scottish dunmaghlas).

I'm currently working on watchmaking and bladesmithing. I have repaired 13 watches and forged 5 tactical knives so far. I own multiple hand-forged Celtic swords and knives. I will be starting a bladesmithing business as soon as I get the resources and all the blades will be based off of ancient Celtic and Norse/Scandinavian blades.

My favorite watch brands are McGonigle, Shinola, and Seiko, in that order.

I plan on visiting my island within the next year and hopefully meeting the Irish watchmakers John and Stephen McGonigle. They made my favorite watch, the McGonigle Tourbillon. I hope to someday make a tourbillon.

Hi friend. Nice watch and you are an interesting guy. Lots of expert advice on this nice forum. I do not "make" watches but I repair them. Mostly anyway. I am what you would call a watch jobber !!. All good wishes, Mike.
