Hi everyone,

Thanks for the opportunity to introduce myself.

I am new to watch repair and started to consider the idea after having an issue with a 1970s seiko automatic. I have a couple of seiko automatics from that era that could do with some TLC and this wonderful resource seemed like a great place to start!

I have an interest in design, and repairing and bulding mechanical things as well as some experience with electronics, so the intricacies of watches are a natural fascination to me.

I'm also very keen to expand my knowledge and collection in the future.

Looking forward to interacting with you on the forums!

Welcome Peet, Unfortunately a new case is required unless you have the broken piece then it could be glued (Epoxy) together BUT it will be an ugly fix.
